Overrated. A few basic effects. Neg isn't negative. Outline means it's selected, check mark means the change is applied, so uncheck to undo. Saves into a folder called Pictures. Would be convenient for adding just a little pop to a portrait, or adding tint to white.
Effects aren't applied. For example, I tried b&w and it seemed to change nothing, then I thought maybe the fail was only the preview so I saved - yes a copy of the image was saved, but it was identical to the original, STILL WITH COLOURS. Other effects ditto. Utterly pointless app.
